1. Purpose
These terms govern the booking and provision of passenger transport services (taxi and private car with child seats) offered by BBT — Bébé Transport.
2. Booking
Bookings are made via the app, by phone or through the website form, and confirmed after validation by our team. Please state the children’s ages so we prepare the right seat (infant carrier, baby seat or booster).
3. Fares and payment
Airport flat fares are provided at booking, with no weekend or public-holiday surcharge. Payment is made online or on board. Child seats and luggage are included at no extra cost.
4. Cancellation
Any cancellation must be reported as soon as possible by phone or email. Cancellation terms are specified when your booking is confirmed.
5. Liability
Our vehicles are insured and our drivers are licensed professionals. BBT — Bébé Transport cannot be held liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond its control (traffic, weather, force majeure).
